By accessing or using Wave, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Use of the Service

You may use Wave for personal or business purposes. Do not misuse, copy, or distribute any part of the service without permission. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to record and transcribe any meetings you capture.

3. User Content and Recordings

You are responsible for any content you record and submit. Do not record or submit:

• Illegal or infringing content
• Confidential information without proper authorization
• Content that violates privacy rights
• Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

4. Account & Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• Any activity that occurs under your account
• Protecting your meeting recordings and transcriptions
• Ensuring proper access controls for shared content

5. Subscription & Payments

Wave offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Limited features and storage
• Pro Tier: $9.99/month or $69.99/year (Yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial)
• Enterprise Tier: Custom pricing

The yearly Pro subscription includes a 3-day free trial. If you purchase a subscription before the end of the free trial, the remaining trial period will be forfeited. All payments are processed via Apple and subject to App Store policies.

5.1 Subscription Details

All subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your account settings.

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payments are processed securely through the App Store
• Subscriptions are billed in advance
• Refunds are subject to App Store policies
• Enterprise plans are billed separately

6. Data Retention and Storage

We retain your data according to your subscription plan:

• Pro tier: 30 days retention
• Enterprise tier: Custom retention period

7. Service Limitations

Wave's transcription service:

• May not be 100% accurate
• Is subject to audio quality limitations
• May have processing delays during high usage
• Is subject to fair usage policies

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or in-app notification.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law and, where required, through the courts of your country of residence.
